Only the foreigners authority office in Germany can decide on an extension of a visa during your stay in Germany. If you need to stay in Germany longer to finish your needed medical treatment, you have to obtain documents from your doctor or from the hospital where you receive this medical treatment. These documents provide evidence that you need to stay in Germany longer than your visa’s validity.
